There is no online source to estimate the value of a class eight truck, and for that matter, not any good source off-line either.
There is a way that I have used to determine the values of trucks, and I expect that many other people do it as well....
They pick up a copy of the "Truck Paper", and they do have an online site as well, with a search function that can allow you to pull up ads on similar trucks for a price comparison.

ok how about a website that checks vin numbers to make sure the truck hasnt been:
Salvaged or stolen
Flooded or hail damaged
In a fire or accident
Had an odometer rollback
