i recall back years ago, when the 55 mph speed limits were enforced by a convoy of troopers running in front and everyone was behind them.

maybe this is what needs to be done down there...???

enforcing the speed limits, either by patrol cars (convoys, radar, unmarked cruisers) , cameras, planes..???

maybe start pulling over the errant truckers but also doing a hard level inspection as well..???

Need more info. How many of the wrecks out of the three had nonenglish speaking drivers involved.

Do we know that any of the trucks involved were speeding or even did anything wrong, other than being at the wrong place at the wrong time.

Do we know that speed is even a factor in them?
