So your basically saying you and the other drivers have no responsibility to perform their job, and federally mandatory, work. But the yard jockey's are responsible for doing it.
If this is the knowledge your "new school" gave you. It's no wonder you're doing so badly.
It's 100% the driver's responsibility to perform a pretrip. Not the shipper. While the load being improperly loaded is on them. Stop blaming others for problems your company caused you.
Trucking is for people with thick skin. Not people who blame everyone else for their difficulties. I suggest you learn that or you won't last long out there.
