I used to run with them sometimes. They’d go from  Metro Detroit to Grand Rapids and back home every night. Paid top dollar hourly. Drive 3 hrs. Play cards for 2 hours and head back home. The old guy retired and moved to Vegas. He was pretty happy about everything. Good pension. Who wouldn’t be . A lot of those Guys make as much, sometimes more retired than working.
