Varidesk for Truckers that would like to stand up and drive (NudE)

Just kidding on the nude But seriusly why should Garbage truck guys get to have all the glory of being able to stretch their legs..

Thinking about a currently produced cab past or present that would be easy to mod, I am 6ft.

Thinking the key element in this would be a super adjustable seat, left right forward back up down on the release of one lever, maybe some bungee's coming down form the ceiling to keep a good range? Hmm..

Might have to hang at the scrapper and wait for some old garbage trucks to come in lol.

The chair is the important part, might need one of those slings babies sit in and turn around, with petals integrated..I'ts DBW anyway
That being said I'd see a harness and integrated controls as important.. So maybe not as easy a task? These automated new trucks thou, maybe more of an option.

 

Lol ..That's probably how the automated ones will be controlled, when they need to be; in the future.
