It seems this guy like to post every thing on youtube, but during the conversation that comes out in the video, it was mentioned he in one video ran through a stop sign. Some one pointed that out the white shirts at Swift, and Swift decided to end his contract in Sparks, NV.

Now some have said that IEL will let you take a leased truck to another company, but I don't see here where he was given that as an option.

If I remember correct he was warned a little over a year ago about some of his Vlogging, and since they are the ones terminating the contract, that option is pretty much out of the window.

Well its been a couple yrs ago when I was told this, but in essence if you the driver screw up, the truck can still be leased on, but you can't drive it. That you can put another driver in that truck.

Plus Breach of Contract, there was a few a few yrs back caught overspeeding and messing up, and they were warned they could be terminated over their mistakes.

    just thoughts,

Is anyone blaming Swift for this more than the driver? Not so far.

Anyone that blows a stop sign and wanders out of his lane over a double yellow while recording, and still posts those videos for all to see, might just not have the IQ or mindset needed for trucking.

If you think you are an o/o and someone calls you snd tells you to clean out your truck that youre fired.................are you really an o/o?

Lease ops sound like the drivers that are below the company drivers.

That is how it seems quite often.
And most often from the mouth of a L/O.

As a company driver I sometimes have slow days, and other days that I have to jump through a few hoops.
But I mostly hear about being 'messed' over on a consistent basis by the lease operators.

And that is how it is (perhaps 'should' be) in big business.
    Only the strong survive.

Most people that lease trucks are of the weak variety.
They want the perks, without understanding the drawbacks, in a fast and loose deal - and it bites them in the end.

Thanks for posting the video....maybe some noobie with aspirations to record his actions while driving will see how easy it is to get fired when seeking fame on YouTube.... Why the need to prove you are an idiot is beyond me.....

    Moosetek13 Thanks this.
