    That’s a lawsuit and/or recall waiting to happen. E-brake engaged but the Jeep started to roll anyway?? Brakes could’ve been out of adjustment or something else malfunctioned.

    More than likely it was a 6-spd manual model.

    My money would be that it’s auto, nobody can be bothered to learn how to shift these days. The only “consumer vehicle” you can get with a manual around here is a Dodge pickup.
