Virginia hammer lane law

In Mississippi, he wouldn't have to move over for the trooper unless it was a traffic stop on the shoulder, wrecker, etc, or the trooper was in route to a call with his flashing lights on behind him and needing to pass. The minimum speed limit on the interstate is 45 mph. One of the biggest steroid busts on I-20 was overturned because the trooper thought it was suspicious that the driver stayed in the left lane and pulled him over for failure to yield. Mississippi Siupreme Court overturned it because it's not against the law here. You will see the signs that say slower traffic keep right, but it's not a law in Mississippi.

 

So is legal to drive in the "hammer lane " if your carrying a hammer?

I've seen so much traffic laws broken with the DOT right there and not an ounce of anything was enforced.
usually high speeders is what seems to catch the piggies eyes.
