Found another new twist in the junk mail. It is a Trojan or something very nasty. This one says Vacate Notice and gives a reference number in the subject line. The PAPERCLIP symbol is the give-away. This is a variant of the NOTICE TO APPEAR jury summons crap. Don't click on it. It will have your computer for breakfast. A good general rule is never to open junk mail that has a paperclip symbol with it. I am careful whenever I find a paperclip symbol even if it is in my inbox.

GA_rookie & Puppage: Thanks for pointing out how stupid I am. Thank God we have people like you two to remind us stupid people about things. Here I am trying to remind people to be careful and you two wankers see it as a chance to point out how much smarter you guys are than the rest of us.

Im not sure what email service you use. I have Gmail. It has a special section that all the junk mail goes to. It is called "spam". I have never opened this particular section. I have also never received any junk mail in my actual inbox because of this section. Maybe others, as well as you, should look in to switching email services. It is FREE! I also agree with puppage. If it was not sent from a trusted source what would cause you to open it? Most junk mail is 99.99% obvious. I do not even open junk mail I get from the postal service. It goes straight to the trash from the mailbox. It is very easy to distinguish. I am aware of who I should and should not be getting things from.

Don't let people like that get to you. Some people aren't happy unless they are making other people unhappy.
Always a good practice to not open any email, attachments or not, unless you know the person who sent it or solicited said email. There are self extracting viruses that simply require you to open the email itself. Also watch emails that come from friends that aren't quite worded the way your friend would.milkdud Thanks this. -

I emailed a guy with a truck for sale a few months ago, didn't work out, then just last week I got a email from him and the name of the email was BAD NEWS so I opened it up. He proceded to say something about how he went to the Philippines, lost his bags at the airport, lost his lap top and all this other stuff. Saying to email him back and all this other stuff. So I don't know if that was some kind of scam, someone maybe hacked his email or something. You really gotta be carful these days.
