Volkswagen Beetle strikes parked semi-truck on I-70, killing both occupants

Sheesh they hit passenger side of trailer . Don’t see any triangles somebody is likely getting sued sadly

 

If you're driving and you strike a stationary object, as far as I can see, you are at fault. You and you alone. This ridiculous nonsense of blaming everyone and everything up to and including God Himself for your own stupidity has got to stop being recognized by our legal system.

 

Good luck with that. Our legal system is a sick broken joke and it aint getting better.

 

Something needs to be done about idiots landing on the shoulder all day every day for no good reason.

 

And the PI Lawyer will go after Pumpkin just because they once owned the trailer.

 

I once parked next to a Schneider truck, so I'm probably gonna be sued next.
