Volvo 2009 RPM FLUCTUATE AT IDLE

    Volvo 2009 VNL WITH D16 engine.
    This engine the RPM surge looks like when the air pressure drop to 100psi and the compressor kicks in. Any ideas I will like to know if is normal.
    Sound just like when you are letting the clutch go, makes like you putting a load to the engine. Never ear that in other engine.
    Is normal To do that?

    I had very similar problem but with D13.
    Replaced all injectors and cups and everything is back to normal.
    My engine was bugging when idle and air compressor start pumping air.
