Volvo D13 shut off while driving

2019 Volvo VNL with a D13.
Having an intermittent issue where the engine randomly shuts off while driving, but the dash/electronics stay on. It can happen after 30 minutes or an hour of driving, on smooth roads or over bumps. Before it dies, it loses a bit of power for a second, then the engine shuts off. It starts right back up immediately with the key and drives again until it happens again.
No check engine light.
No active or inactive fault codes.
Fuel filters are good.
Fuel pump has been checked and is good. Injectors have been replaced.
Has anyone had this happen before or know what the likely cause could be? Thank you.
