volvo fm7 310 2001-2002 starting fault?

hi im new to his forum, but im in need for serious help. I have a volvo fm7 310 2001-2002. It has a starting problem in cold weather or if it is left standing for more then 16 hours. Its had the fault since volvo's chaned the injector pump about 3 years ago. its been a volvo garage for about 30 days, and they have test the vehilce inside out and are still testing. The injector pump has been tested, and is ok, lift pump tested and is ok. im in the uk. Im just curious to know if there is anyone in the world who has had the same problem and if they managed to solve it. I would be very very grateful for any kind of response. thankyou
