I bought the Volvo Bi Xenon kit from deep space lighting. Extremely happy with it. Get the torx fitting. Makes life very easy when you need to adjust the headlights.

The problem is heat burns the chrome off the reflector dish and it will no longer disperse the light. The dish is not available separately. A whole headlight assy. is $400+. Our Volvo dealer used to offer aftermarket replacements and LED replacements. Both Chinese. There were so many problems with them as well as no warranty support, so they stopped selling them. I replace them with OEM every 4-5 years at $800+ per truck.

I just cleaned up the lenses. A kit, hour of my time and good to go.

just go with eagle eye headlights led they are reasonably priced and quality is ok not the best but not the worst. light up pretty good and around chicago or online you should be able to get them for about $700 for the set volvo is usually around $1200 for aftermarket and 1800 for original.

Volvo Factory LED headlights are black background and very much worth the expense.
No junk aftermarket headlights and no chasing or changing bulbs like halogen junk or retrofits.
If you don't mind pi$$ing around constantly, get some aftertermarket lights, otherwise... oem is install and forget. Much better. -
What's the part number for the Volvo factory LED's?

Personally I put LED lenses into old casing. A bit of cutting to fit lenses and a good polishing makes me happy. Lenses cost me $280. HID won't last you to long because of vibrations.

I purchased a cheap Chinese set for $270 on E-bay and they are garbage, very poor lighting and getting worst. almost useless.
My sugestion, get the original at a Volvo dealer.
