Volvo vnl cruise control not working

My 2009 vnl volvo idle up stopped working. Is there a breaker a fuse my 4 camera system shorted out then my idle up stopped working please help me

so what he said was :
before moving the truck and after releasing both brakes he presses the brake pedal all the way down, up to some pressure point on the gauges..

only after that hes able to engage cruise control while on the road

It never worked for me though :/
