I have an 06’ VNL Volvo and all of my accessory fuses, the complete right side column, aren’t getting any power. The power supply wire underneath the panel is properly secured visually but the wire itself has no voltage. I haven’t found a worthy diagram of power distribution or a common issue online.
Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated. Maybe I have a power stud loose somewhere. Or a bad body module. Something..

It may be powered by a virtual fuse in one of the modules.
Disconnect the batteries for a few seconds and see if that
fixes the problem. -

Thanks for the advice here. Yesturday I removed all of the batterys for cleaning and inspection. Checked all the local fuses in that area and reinstalled. No improvement. What about Low Voltage Cut Off problems. Could that be an issue? Although the battery(s) voltage is healthy. -

Snailexpress, You solved my mystery, friend! A previous repair shop must have removed fuse #52 which powers relay #21. That relay (#21) is responsible for the source power supply to the accessory power circuit(s). The drawing you provided is what I needed and I couldn't be more thankful for your help!
By chance, do you have any other drawings you can supply me with. All that I've found online are (wildly) incorrect.
Cheers and thank you again!ms248 Thanks this. -
Have exact same problems with Acc fuses power loss and low voltage with new batteries installed.
By the way, where is located relay 21?
