Looking at front of truck it leans or seems lower on passenger side than driver side and that is on level ground. Buddy says it may be shocks. Is that a possibility? Don't know how long the ones on it have been on there. also where would be a good place to buy shocks?

Springs or related hardware or both.Could have had one spring replaced.Shocks won`t do that.

There are blocks between the steer axle and the springs that regulate the height and sometimes they can add or remove shim sections to level the truck out.
If the truck wasn't leaning when it was new there could be another issue at play here but it is probably just the spring on one side "settling" a bit and it can be corrected at any decent front end shop. -
Get the fat girl out of your truck....

She's stuck...Can't move her. -

not sure if it was like that when it was new I just bought it 3 weeks ago....it bothers me to look at it though. Will check that block later this week.

i also tend to lean to the right

yep went and looked at it and the right side is missing a shim that is present on the left side...would a 3/8 shim cause that noticable difference?
