If you value your CDL, health, and career, avoid Wagner Brothers Transport at all costs.
This company routinely violates FMCSA regulations by forcing drivers to run 14+ hour days without proper rest or a legal 10-hour break. You’re pressured to falsify logs to cover for their illegal dispatching practices. This not only puts your license and safety at risk but also opens you up to serious legal consequences.
Their trucks are governed well below standard speeds, making highway driving frustrating—you’re constantly being passed by Swift and Western Express. On top of that, driver-facing cameras are installed, and you’re micromanaged to an extreme degree. Every move is watched, and the environment feels more like surveillance than support.
They advertise 28% of gross pay but never disclose the actual load rates. You’re kept in the dark, underpaid, and left with no way to verify what you’re truly owed. Transparency is nonexistent. The owners are combative, unprofessional, and quick to replace drivers rather than address concerns.
Don’t be fooled by the Peterbilts—they use them to lure drivers in, but the equipment doesn’t make up for how poorly you’re treated.
There are far better companies out there. Protect your license, your time, and your dignity—stay far away from Wagner Brothers Transport.

I remember a company, a powerhouse in the leasing industry, that promised large cars, pointy lugnut covers and fancy mudflaps and folks would line up to sign on the ditted line.
