Yeah, even when the ELd`s were not as sensitive I could do that without getting kicked into drive. That worked out very well.

 

Nobody want to go out, or send someone out, to bang on a truck door unless the truck was in a stupid place.

Really depends on the manger that they have in place
and if they are in training or not . Trainee or rookie mangers can
be regular fascist where it comes to playing out their new
role as boss
Occasionally some just bow up and flex at everything they see ,

Make an effort to trip plan and don't park illegally and it won't be an issue. A manager having to get on you to move your illegally parked truck isn't being a fascist, it simply means he isn't willing to tolerate typical truck driver stupidity.
