I've had a lot of cons since I started. Not with the actual job, but more of what wasn't done for me in orientation, and what I'm dealing with being on a program. I really don't want to get into tho it's actually pretty disappointing.

I quit WM after 2.5 years with them. Here are top reasons:
1. 2400 - 2600$ every 2 weeks after all deductions is not enough for me to cover my expenses. I pulled grocery in NE region. So my daily mlg was 320 - 350 miles and usually 14hrs shift. 5/2 - 5/3.
2. Health insurance is laughable. It covers only part of regular visits to doctor office. Crazy 13700$ deductible for family. You pay 100% for all labs, xrays, ultrasound, bloodwork, physical therapy and ect. out of your pocket.
3. Job is extremely boring. Same routes, same stores, same vendors, same roads packed with traffic every day. Lots of city and rural roads driving.RogerThat72, hope not dumb twucker and Lonesome Thank this.
