I've had a lot of cons since I started. Not with the actual job, but more of what wasn't done for me in orientation, and what I'm dealing with being on a program. I really don't want to get into tho it's actually pretty disappointing.

I quit WM after 2.5 years with them. Here are top reasons:
    1. 2400 - 2600$ every 2 weeks after all deductions is not enough for me to cover my expenses. I pulled grocery in NE region. So my daily mlg was 320 - 350 miles and usually 14hrs shift. 5/2 - 5/3.
    2. Health insurance is laughable. It covers only part of regular visits to doctor office. Crazy 13700$ deductible for family. You pay 100% for all labs, xrays, ultrasound, bloodwork, physical therapy and ect. out of your pocket.
    3. Job is extremely boring. Same routes, same stores, same vendors, same roads packed with traffic every day. Lots of city and rural roads driving.

Exactly. Best health insurance I ever had driving was through the Teamsters. Family plan paid in full no deductibles all. Dental paid in full. Vision paid in full. Walmart health insurance was trash!

    FLHT Thanks this.
