Nope 50k for letting outside trucks park because the original site plan did not support truck parking.

Walmart doesn't own the land the store is on. The landowner doesn't want trucks on his land and Walmart has to comply. Sometimes city ordinances don't allow truck parking at big box stores or strip malls.

Walmart in a small city I pass through has cement barriers at the lot to limit truck parking. Every now and then Mujubar McTaliban gets one of those barriers stuck under trailer. It’s comic relief for us sitting in coffee shop across the road:D

I just wish nobody told me parking at Walmart was even a thing.

If your in an unfamiliar area and you're looking for parking and miles from a truckstop, you start looking for a Wally, but then you get there and it's "is this legal? Is it not?"

Since the Great Recession I haven't had too much trouble finding abandoned/half empty strip malls to hide behind, and if the town is sufficiently poor, they often don't have enough cops to write a ticket/tow a truck.

I get a WHOLE lot more grief in wealthy areas.
