Curious if suv was making a last pass before trying to take exit ramp only to hit the stopped Walmart truck.

Don’t know how long he was sitting there, but if he didn’t have his triangles out within 10 minutes that families attorney will win the lawsuit.

But it sure won’t stop them from trying to sue Walmart to get Walmart to hopefully settle out of court for something… It’ll be interesting to see how this proceeds

The fact that this collision happened inside of the death triangle proves that the SUV driver was somewhere they shouldn't have been.

The fact that that SUV didn't stop until the DOT bumper was just in front of its rear wheels, and the fact that the force of the impact was so great that it caused the Walmart driver to sustain injuries, proves that the SUV was traveling at an excessively high rate of speed.

Because of those two things, if I were on that jury I would deem the SUV driver to be 100% at fault and I wouldn't award them any damages at all.
