Want a 13 speed, change my rto14609 transmission

I think Eaton's K-2034 would convert your transmission to a 13 speed - it would be a triple overdrive 13 speed though (RTOO) with a .62:1 ratio in high gear.

To go 13 biggest change is driveshaft shortened, depending on truck not much else except shift knob

You can change any factory stuff but most the time you will have to change or fabricate things.

Changing transmissions often requires extensive fabrication thus very costly (if you want a professional and quality installation). I would stick with what you have and get a truck with a 13 speed already in it for the future.
