Want to buy a non-cdl box truck or Van need advice

    Hi everyone. i am interested in joining the truck industry with a. Non cdl clean Georgia licence. How would you recommend me to start ?
    I was thinking of buying a used Van or Bix truck 20ft to 26ft: which one would you recommend ?
    I am also think of becoming an owner operator but I don’t want to move too fast since I am new to the industry and never been a truck driver before. I drive 10-12h daily for Uber though.
    I need some help to get me started in the right order and mindset.

    Don't buy a truck yet. With no experience, your insurance would be so expensive you could buy a mansion for the same money.
    You probably can get started with box truck experience with Schneider on www.schneiderjobs.com

    Thanks Chinatown. I just called Schneider and they don’t have any truck for non cdl drivers.

    i am in Union City. I don’t want to go for a cdl yet so I prefer a non cdl as a starter

    Schneider and Swift will pay for school but I am interested in CDL for the moment. I want to drive local and small truck box truck or Van for courier/delivery/freight or any type that is possible with a non cdl licence.
