Selling my entire trucking company with active MC. Red Pony Transport LLC USDOT 4487696. MC# 1773456. Only active for about seven months and still active. My former employer made me an offer I couldn't refuse so everything's for sale. I know the business itself does not have extreme value in and of itself, but for someone new, it can save a ton of headache and about 4000 phone calls. The equipment is a 2013 KW T660 with approx. 650k, Cummins ISX15 450hp and Eaton Fuller 10-speed. And a 2012 Stoughton dry van. 53' food grade, air-ride and vented. I will share some highlights here, and any interested parties can inquire further. The truck has all new virgin rubber. Firestone steers with less than 500 miles. Drives have about 3000 miles. All new brakes. Shoes, drums, slack adjusters on all three axles. New brake cans on both rear axles. New wheel seals and axle gaskets on all three axles, and all new gear oil. Six new shocks. About 350 miles ago, I changed the following: oil and filter, transmission fluid, P/S fluid and filter, coolant filter, crankcase filter, fuel filters. Air filter still looks great. This truck does NOT have an APU. Instead, it has a 300ah lithium battery and a 2000 watt pure sine wave inverter. It will run a portable space heater or a portable a/c for 9 hours on a full charge. There is a DC to DC converter installed in the compartment so the big battery charges off of the alternator while driving. I've overnighted in PA in February without issues. The truck has a Mega Hitch from Rock Solid motorsports. 30k pintle hitch, 2 1/2 receiver, an RV style 7 way plug and air line hookups. There is a plate on the frame to accommodate a gooseneck style trailer. This means there is almost nothing you can't hook and haul. Many, many other details and parts replaced, repaired etc. I have all of my service records. The trailer has eight new virgin rubber 16ply tires. One trip on those tires of less than 400 miles. The trailer also has a spare tire carrier with a spare. I am putting all of this out there for 55k. If you want all or part of what I'm selling, let me know. Maybe we can work something out.
