    Just yanking your chain driver.
Seriously though thanks for the heads up. Not many truckers that look out for each other anymore.

I'll clean the extra pictures out of your thread. Thanks for letting us know about the booting.

There's utube videos how to defeat that boot lock with an ink pen.

For those less skilled, like myself, cordless grinder has it off in a few minutes.

    But .........$3 whole dollars??????

I think paid parking is unconstitutional. But $3???? Think I'd pony up the $3.

Agreed, But the consensus is is that the owner of the truckstop set it up purposely to boot truckers. I’m sure he’s getting a 50% kickback on whatever the towing company rakes in. Towing companies are notorious for this. They hire like some X Hells angel tough guy biker dude run their tow truck that nobody wants to mess with and he’ll go in there with a big fat smile on his face every night putting boots on those trucks. Actually hoping someone smart mouths him. Lol

but according to the Reports there’s one tiny little sign that says you have to pay for parking. Nothing about being booted if you don’t. People come in there late at night don’t see the sign parking in the morning they owe $600.

For $600 it'd be cheaper to call in a welder with a blow torch and cut the thing off wouldn't it?

I'd do it for $50 with my grinder as an introductory rate.

Get 50 trucks to take a 34 there, I doubt they have 50 boots. Their heads will explode. And yeah, no problem grinding one off, no hesitation. Bear spray, taser, wasp spray, within reach. Step into my space let's dance. No worries, you'll get your boot back lol.

Once the boot was off I’d back through the store at a high rate of speed .
