The owner is not straight forward was assignments . Your paid a 1099 with no idea what you pay is because as a Let It Ride driver ,you are a third party driver to someone else. The owner has a signed contact with a third party vendor and the third party vendor has contact with some other vendor so by the time you see your cash it will be tossed in someone else's hand.Owner not straight forward with assignment nor have the experience to manage a trucking company. Beware you will be required to go to a lot of conventions with no directions of where and how to get in. You risk your CDL for some owner who doesn't care about you or your cdl . Always running illegal and uses paper logs to do so. Be careful with the trailers they use never has registration on them and trailers are not properly inspected. Any DOT reading this will have a field day pulling them on to a scale ...

If you don't know what is going on with your 1099, turn the #### employer into the IRS. You will get a percentage reward of what they find. You wont have a job anymore but it will be a very good reason.

Way better than to do nothing and then get buried proper by IRS come tax time while your employer enjoys a night on the strip.

How does one go to work for a company like that? So let's say they lied to get you in the seat. How do you stay more than a day after finding out the truth?

It amazes me that drivers get themselves into bad situations and stay there. Why take a job without knowing what you will earn and how you will earn it?

Let It Ride Trucking. The name itself should've been your first clue. 1099 was the other.
