watch out, CRE can rip you off

oh ya, most of you have it dead on... DONT TRUST THEM! and certainly DO NOT SIGN THAT LEASE... myself and a good friend of mine have been ripped by CRE over that lease...

here is the laughable part.

some guy hit my truck @ the Flying Hook just north of Houston,TX (he actually came and found me to tell me he did it). i sent in all the info, pics and such. went to the Freighliner Dealer in Birmingham,AL and had the FREIGHLINER BODYSHOP fix my truck and repaint it. when i turned my truck in i get a bill for some outlandish things... oh and they claim they will have it done 45 days after you leave... HA! i get a phonecall from a collection agency 60 days after i left wanting to collect on this debt that has been put in by CRE. i told them i woulnt pay a single dime untill i saw what all the charges were. after 3-4 months of jerking me arround i finally got a itimized bill from CRE. in that list was a charge for having to repaint the truck. Reason: WRONG COLOR had to repaint the entire truck... lol! i called the body shop in Birmingham, they told me to fax them a copy of the bill where the charge was for repainting the truck. i still havent heard anything, but i dont care.

CRE is nothing but a bunch of rip-offs... you pay for 3 years on a truck that you cannot keep... oh ya, @ the end of 3 years, you have PAID THE TRUCK OFF... yes i said that correctly. you have paid the truck in full. or real close to it. and they turn it in for credit on another truck and the Freightliner Dealer up there (a cousin of the Englands if i remember correctly) re-sells the truck.
