Water temp stuck '03 378 c-12

Running out of ideas to get my water temp gauge working again. Its stuck at 150 which I've determined must be its default temp when not getting power. I took power from another gauge and it moved it so I believe the gauge is good. Oil temp isn't working either but from what I understand it just goes off the water temp. Ive replaced sending unit and temp sensor, swapped out gauge, cleaned all the grounds on frame and starter but no luck yet. Any ideas on what I should check next? Thanks in advance
