Watkins Shepard drivers help me out!

I spoke to a recruiter today from Watkins Shepard. I just wanted to verify through some Watkins Shepard drivers, (current or former), what I was told. I was told as a new driver I could expect an average of 2500 miles per week at .29 cpm. My first year wages would be about $42k-$44k. Can some W/S drivers help me out? Is this true? How is your experience with W/S? How is the home time? How is the equipment? Any help would be appreciated!
