Wcb issues

Has anyone had any issues with WCB and getting insured?

I previously had WCB but closed the account due to becoming an employee. I purchased a new truck and have leased the truck to a company. Now WCB is telling me I am not allowed to reopen my WCB; it's the company's responsibility to cover and pay for my WCB since I am contracted to them.

WCB requested, or rather forced me, to send in my Bill of Sale, my lease agreement for the truck, as well as the contract I've agreed to with the company I've leased on to.

Has anyone had similar issues? WCB is saying this has always been legislation, just never enforced until now.
