Were all connected so stay healthy and get involved

There is an old Spiritual, Dry Bones, that goes something like this: The foot bone connected to the ankle bone. The ankle bone connected to the leg bone and so on. It plays on the connectivity of your body and that all your bones, among other things, work together, depend on each other and how that collaboration dictates your state of health.

It is a fun and fascinating song but its message plays way beyond the body. All of life is interrelated and in order to have a healthy body and mind we have to take a look around.

For example, parents and children are connected to families and families are connected to communities, communities connected to cities, cities connected to states, states connected to the country and the country to the world.
