Don't worry too much about weight----pay attention to shape.
As you gain muscle, this adds weight but you probably already knew that.truck_n_vacation Thanks this. -
You are correct on both Russian Rabbit. I definitely can tell the difference in shape. The clothes feel different the most. And my neck is smaller. I can see the difference every time I shave.
There's a 25 mile bike ride in the near future. Like in the morning. It is hard to find good bike routes. I'm not a sidewalk rider. Bike path or preferably a bike lane so I can keep my pace up.
Then a quick shower and on to minnie soda! Lol
Then I pick up in SD back to PA. Towns that have rivers that run through them usually have a bike trail. Just have to find a place to park and make it to the path with out getting killed! -
Happy Easter! He has risen.

Ended up with 29 miles. It was hard to make myself get out of the truck and go for a ride this morning. It was quite chilly. Gotta be stronger than my excuses! !!
Now I'm having to wait for a shower.Last edited: Mar 27, 2016

I'm not posting as much anymore since I'm eating pretty close to the same thingas before. Except Last night I grilled some salmon.
Yesterday was my first 5k run. Not bad. I use to run a 9:22 mile avg. Yesterday was a 10:52 avg., w/my extra 20 lbs. From back then.
