    I know this but I would prefer flatbed was curious if anyone knew of a decent flatbed company that hired 21 year old straight out of school thanks chompi for the help.

    I haven't done any research. What you could do is go to this list, and start visiting their websites. A simple Google search of the name should get you their URL easily.

    Look at the benefit of being 21 and entering the industry...you have no lifelong history to account for, unlike us old farts. It's an industry that will penalize any negatives and ignore any positives. If you've not yet done anything, they view that as a positive, as they may be able to mold you into a compliant employee.

    Keep your nose clean and send out those applications, someone will bite.

    Many companies are listed by state at fleetdirectory.com, and most have listed numbers or links to websites... some will be glad to take you on as a trainee, but not at this time of year. Most training programs run from April to September or October, but ya never know... you're in the Buckeye, so ya know what winter weather is like. You can also find local and regional listings in the 'Transport' column of Craigslist, but most of those jobs call for experienced drivers. Anyway, good luck to you, and Happy New Year!!!     Well I took the cdl test yesterday at 12:30,I got a 90/90 on my pre-trip,2 points off on manuevers I used an extra pull up on parrallel and I missed 6 points out of 31 on road test because of mirror scans,all and all it went well time for me to get to work!

    I am thinking about going with BST flatbed company out of wilmington ohio,anybody drove for them?
