The additive that works the best. Miles, as many miles as quick as possible to get to where it's warmer.

I use power service when I'm gonna shut down overnight or longer.
When driving in the cold, I just use what's in the pump.

I try to stay away from the bitter "up north" winter cold and run below I80.
I watch the weather forecast and run loads away from the below zero cold or stay home.

Once again this is becoming way too confusing, and another reason I'm going to JBHUNT.

Well then, you're just going to have to wake up at your own risk.

Wow. I can’t believe they actually mentioned biodiesel blends. I don’t recall seeing that years ago. It’s good to know.

Try the shaffers stuff..I have been using their summer blend for many years..1 gallon treats 4000 gallons.for the winter blend 1 gallon treats 2000 gallons..6 ounces per 100 gallons winter blend and 3 ounces per 100 gallons on the summer blend. Has great luprisity for you fuel system especially for your injectors. You can order it on line or pick it up at Lube zone in texas and Oklahoma

WY is well known for crazy cold temperatures, unlike the neighboring states. I think it has something to do with the large hills in WY that block the sunlight and make it even colder than places like NE, UT, and ID. Anyone taking a 10-hr break in WY should check the temperature in that area.

I recently learned something new, and I’m a bit disappointed that I did not know about it sooner. So we all know how the windshield defrost can defog windshields. Well, what I didn’t know is that it can also remove freezing rain! You have to turn up the fan speed and the heat all the way up for this to work. In the past I have relied entirely on de-icer windshield fluid.
