He should be jailed. There's no way he didn't know where that plowed debris was landing. It's pretty obvious he saw it's trajectory and kept on doing it.

I still can't even believe what I am seeing! And I have watched it like 4x!

Between this and my own neighborhood plow guys plowing in a entire apartment complex full of 65-85 year olds I am just lost!

They are thoughtless human zombies and that is more scary than a actual zombie.

The plow driver knew what he was doing. 110%. I used to drive a snowplow in Alaska. You know better than this. He should be charged with all kinds of criminal charges. 100% willfully damaging and harming others.

Boondock, PSM379, JoeyJunk and 3 others Thank this.

Is the state accepting responsibility for the damage to your unit?

With that video I would hope so. If not lawyer up and make them pay out the butt for downtime. Make sure to get in writing trying to get a rental truck and keep a daily note of what you did trying to Minimize your downtime.

Why would the state accept responsibility? That's the whole reason they outsource after all.

He is not a state employee. Ohio Turnpike is not operated by ODOT.

While they have a extensive hiring process, and training. This was moronic and he should be fired.

Vampire, bzinger and Mattflat362 Thank this.
