Looks like it has just started covering the roads somewhat in the higher elevations as of Wednesday night 20:00

I expect this map to look a lot different in the morning.

Darn it. Left Minnesota cold for Texas cold. Was hoping to postpone my start of winter a couple weeks...
Guess I can't hide from the "old man".
    Safe roads to all.

I think you're well ahead of the game by being in some minor Texas stuff rather then the crap parts MN is dealing with presently

Hey now! No need to be that way!

    LOL

IL largely has gotten off pretty light the last few winter seasons IIRC
Payback can be a ##### ... but alas, I don't think this will be the midwest's payback winter season, either. I think the northwest is going to get the bulk of the winter Wx this season.

I've kinda wondered why have the super bowl in MN? It gets too cold there. But it seems that the bowls aren't being held in the non snowy areas anymore.

Just made it to the yard in Corpus Christi and now my car won't start. Looks like I'm sleepin in the truck. Be safe everyone. From what I've been hearin' it's supposed to freeze in the San Antonio area all the way to Victoria and everything south.
