I was wondering if any other driver been here before with this company.
Dispatcher authorize money on Comdata, then removed it an put another amount said to just leave it there an not say why or what is it for. Then when for pay that week it was deducted from the paystub, getting a payment of $0. Then they got the guts to charge $65.22 for not getting a pay, which was deducted from the next paystub.
The dispatcher said he will send payrole an email for remibursement. waited two weeks. On the third week he said that Comdata send inforamtion that it wwas cashed by the the driver. What when did this happened????????
This is the first time in my 10 years, heard something like this. If the driver didn't cashed the money it had to be the dispatcher cause there was two of them...but which one did it????
Well any ideas or opinions on how or if anyone had this problem with this company.

If in fact a cash transaction was made using Comdata, then it would be on the computer system, and comdata would have a record of that transaction. I would contact comdata and find out when and where the transaction took place. It should also show who did this.

You will most likely need to know the date and location or a transaction number or express code to get any help or info.

If I remember, the express code should be on the settlement.

I did but they still acting like it was cashed. Comdata said that the $300 wasn' t cashed but removed by the company, on the day they put it there. The way it looks like I'm not going to get the money they owe me. And it also looks like the company is taking money from the drivers then paying them for their work. Put it this way, they say you should average bout $600 to $800 a week I been there ffor 5 weeks an I got bout $600 ALL TOGTHER,

This is the Northeast regional from Pa, not TN. An I sat from Friday to Sunday with a load to deliver on Monday then canel the preplan I had since Friday 2 hours after I got the load unloaded. Telling me Tuesday to get the load......what thats 4 dat just doin nothing....... Look put it this way the money I make this far, I better of being on Public assistant...this is what someone told me. This #### is funny......F*#K me if do an F*#k me if I don't either way I'm F*#k.....

You need to talk with the payroll department at your company. Explain the situation, what happened and see if they can help you get to the bottom of it. They have all the records. It is easy to see where a comcheck was cashed and someone had to sign the check unless it was deposited into an account. In that case, an account number should be on the check.

Brother I work for wxp I've never heard of this....

If you got a TWIC car they take 100 dollars each week for three weeks to pay for it.

WXP loves money and if you dont want your money dont transflow your work in and dont talk to payroll. WXP wont mind holding it for you.

Here at western you must be vocal, so dont be passive. You must speak or you'll never be heard.

This just doesn't sound right. A TWIC costs $135, less if you have a hazmat endorsement. If they really are charging drivers more than double the amount, then I don't understand why drivers don't pay for their own TWIC without going through the company. Some companies will add a little for handling or advancing money for things that the driver needs. That is excessive. If it were me I would pay for my own TWIC. If you are making money you should be able to afford to pay for your own TWIC.
