Western Express Dispatchers might be thievies.

On getting paid by western, TRACK EVERY LOAD. Document everything.
Keep the QCOMM or People net work order on your system until you get paid for it. ANY pay that is not on the work order that should be, like accessory pay, send it in.

Then always check your settlement against what you have turned in.
If they don't check out, send that in by Qcomm or people net.

Back in the day, they paid the driver to get A TWIC.

They were hurting for drivers with TWIC too.

 

They have a platinum card now..........

All this time I thought my gold card was the top shelf!

Never Had a similar Problem At Western Express inc. The Dispatcher and commdata probably made a mistake and it will get figured out. ( I Hope ) but advance pays and commdata transactions have always gone smooth between wsxi commdata and I..and if your dispatcher did swindle you I am sure it will not be long before the truth is uncovered and your Money Returned. Please keep the forum posted on your situation.

 

Payroll at Western is a joke w/sayings like "what ya expect ur only pd 32c a mile" REALLY????? I'm planning 2 leave shortly myself 4 da same exact crap...Now they have me preplan 4 a ld 2day fm L.I.N.Y. to Ohio & I just d/l'd in Ohio & they have no record of having da ld I p/u fm Ct to Ohio after d/l a CT fm AZ 4 days ago....Someone's definitely hacking into their computer sys,Probably 4 revenge & we're da poor scapegoats...Think About It!!!!

 

If they were really jacking you pay like that, you COULD take a load and file a lien on it.

Gotta be real careful how you do it though. Get a good lawyer first.

One load is probably worth more than you're paid in a year.

 

Can anyone get me the number to Human Resource for Western Express? I've asked my recruiter, and the company has blocked me from contacting them. They are holding my last check and my sign on bonus, saying they will release my pay after they find their truck. I was asked to pull over and leave the truck where it was, I even have it in writing but nothing seems to help. Can someone pls help me!?
