Westwind Farms/Dominion Transport

Small owner based in Standish, Maine. Likes to call himself "The Hay Guy". Runs Crap for equipment. Trucks have pieces duct taped on to them holding them together. Wanted his drivers to skirt the weigh stations so as to attempt to save his CSA score but DOT has his number. DOT has possibly shut him down by the time I write this. He owes money to most of his vendors, and probably most of his employees that have passed through his employ in the past 6 months. He has gone through 17 drivers in that period of time. 15 of those drivers lasted between 1 hour and 3 weeks. Screwed every employee that he had by not taking taxes out of them and trying to call them Independent Contractors. State of Maine calls an Employee an Employee. Taxes should have been paid along with SS, Medicare, Workers Comp, Unemployment Insurance etc, etc. He is a liar and a cheat. Blames his drivers for any issues that his crap trucks have. As I said, DOT may have shut him down as of this point due to his lack of maintenance on his vehicles. He has attempted to reinvent himself a few times recently so he may show up again under a different name but he is fond of calling himself "The Hay Guy", so that name may stick with him in whatever new name he comes up with when he resurfaces.
