Whats that noise? Its the alarm meter telling you to eat nutritionally

Just the other evening Rebecca and I were watching television, something we very rarely do, and we were surprised by the number of diet commercials that were presented during breaks in programming.

These commercials sold diet drinks, diet foods, diet regimens with promises of weight losses ranging from one pound per day to 40 pounds in a month.
