After my cdl school i went straight to the otr company that sponsored me. And yea it was a agreement to do 1year. So at the end i did 1yr 2mnths without a accident, clean MVR. ( also did Dollar General for 3mnths in between with same company)
Make long story shorter, it took me a lil while to find something that was too good to be true. It was hella descent and i knew i wanted to put some years in.
well i went through (3week) training training passed the written, parking, driving test. Got into my own truck and on the
    last day of
    My first week
    going home
Im in the wrong of a accident for running a light
Thank God everyone was ok over my stupidity.
I got a ticket, court date , and 4 points to my cdls.
    And im fired.
I really do not want to go back to my first otr company. And because this all i have i do want to try another company.

Is there any straight truck companies or any cdl job thats regional/ local no touch freight jobs that’ll hire me after this?
Otr big companies is the last i want to do. I really want to try box truck.
And cant afford to getting checks in 700s weekly. It gotta be something other then Western Express My Lord.

Well, honstly, you've kinda boxed yourself in:
    So, let's review.......
Im in the wrong of a accident for running a light, (there's that)
    Then,
any cdl job thats regional/ local no touch freight jobs that’ll hire me
    Then,
I really want to try box truck.
    Then,
And cant afford to getting checks in 700s weekly.

Sooooo, um, I'd say you need to look into another profession.

Don't rule out Western Express. That company has saved many a trucking career.
Instead of completely ruling it out; put it on the back burner for now.
