Killing/injuring the tester? Having the tester drive the rig back to facility for fear of his/her own safety?

    Just guessing.

Stalling the truck on the road counted as an automatic failure.

On the road meaning not on the skills pad. That would mean if you managed to stall while rolling or at a stop.

Coasting out of gear for more than a truck and trailer length.

Also on turns, I remember on the class c I failed because I briefly invaded the opposite lane it was a lazy turn, but what about on a class A turns

For mine, auto failures are stalling, shifting while truck and tractor are rolling over tracks, coasting in neutral or with the clutch in, and the one I think is really stupid, shifting while turning from one street to another. When turning from one street to another, both hands must be on the wheel, and you cannot shift once you start turning the steering wheel until the front bumper clears the intersection. The Examiners like it if we start out in second, so I start in 2nd, shift to 3rd once I am rolling, both hands on wheel and start turn. As soon as the front bumper clears the intersection I am in 4th and rolling. There is a student where I go, he always starts in 1st, then has to try and get to 3rd before he turns, he is really struggling with it, but he stalls when starting in 2nd.

As someone said shifting on tracks is an AF and then there's clipping too many curbs. The tester isn't expecting a perfect road test but they don't want your shifting to be so bad that you continually stall either. But I think the main and instant AF is shifting on tracks.
