I’d buy a T800 with a 600 Cummins. 18 spd, 3.90 rear ends, with a heavy duty front axle. Possibly a tri-drive considering where you’re at.

As far as predicting battery range in real world conditions like winter weather after a few years of battery degradation, that remains to be seen. But I want to take full advantage of the cost savings of owning a Tesla Semi, and will fit my runs around the limitations of the vehicle including just doing city P&D, or if megacharging stations are only in California and Nevada, moving there instead.Oxbow and Pamela1990 Thank this. -
When do they plan on upgrading the electrical grid? Doesn't California already have rolling blackouts in summer due to all the A/C units running?

I just know the numbers work out in the end. The state wants to require a certain percentage of commercial vehicles be electric. That means higher rates for those who make the cut.Pamela1990 Thanks this. -
