Also, looking for companies with Frigs and other perks offered. My wife has been considered getting a cdl she seems to enjoy it out there, after 30 yrs in and office. So if you can think of a company that offers new bee's a shot at it and lets husbands train I would appreciate your input. Thank you.

Looking for accommodations that companies may offer. Back in 89, power steering or power windows were big. With today's technology hoping the sky is the limit. -

Millis is a great training company with nice kenworths. They have refrigerators, direct tv, etc., and I'm pretty sure they run 70 mph now. I seem to remember reading something about that on their website. Not sure about the husband training part though.
1oldschool and Puppage Thank this. -
Titan Tranfser runs 70 & hires new cdl grads. They have their own cdl school, but no lodging.
Abilene Motor Express runs 71 & hires new cdl grads.
Quest Global loves husband wife teams and waives the 3 mos. experience required for the wife, if the husband is going to be her trainer. Dont know the truck speed. They do long coast to coast runs and hire on both coasts.

z32sean and Trucker61016 Thank this. -
Technically Abilenes trucks are limited to 72 on cruise and 69 on the pedal, but 71 is usually what you will get out of them. All the trucks have fridges and inverters and are not stripped "fleet spec" so tend to have optional windows and gauges etc. No APU, but you can idle as much as you want if the temp is warmer than 65 or colder than 28. I don't think you can train your wife unless you already have trainer status, but can't hurt to ask.
