Can't give any specifics, but a word to the wise:

Be not too concerned with pay during training. Be more concerned with the quality of training you receive and the job you have at its conclusion.

Basic training rates are really not that much different from company to company for the most part.

Prime. Best training pay I've found so far. I'm told that their training is top notch, but I personally have not experienced it.

Aren't they all autoshifts? Not really the best to train with, IMO.

Darkwing662 usually it ranges from $350 to $450 a week. Also like packard48 worry more about the quailty and length of training than pay.

I agree with 48Packard! I'm just finishing CDL school and have one solid offer and another pending (these are not pre hires). I didn't really consider the training pay. I was more interested in being able to do the job after training. An advantage Prime has is the length of training (presuming the trainer is qualified). Although the disadvantage of Prime is the length of training. For a minimum of 3 months you earn the training pay before getting mileage and the mileage pay at Prime is less than the two companies I'm considering. At the end of the year I think Prime pay is substantially lower than where I'm heading. It's the money made after training that became part of my calculation.
