What do you guys normally eat for lunch?

Well we actually had 3 guys start this year one age 47 and two in there early 50s so you can do it too!

 

Still busy smoking brisket I think I'm going to take up competition meat smoking as a hobby.

Briskets been on for four hours now. Time to up the temperature and let it cook at 225 for another 4-6 hours.

 

Why yes Tom lives there in the off season. Elisha Cuthbert lives next door sometimes we go palling around together.
The briskett though is coming along have a long way to go though ran out today to go house shopping and the wood pellets didn't fall into the hopper quite like they should so the fire went out but I got it back on track.
