What do you guys normally eat for lunch?

Either a meatloaf or hamburger, macaroni, cheese in tomato sauce. Secret spices. Broccoli as a veggie and some type of rolls or biscuits. Garden salad.

that brisket needs to be wrapped in foil before you actually cook it. and I thought mike lived with his parents..? nice place nonetheless.

I take a soft cooler to work. I pack two 24oz bottles of either - milk, oj or some some kind of juice. also one glass bottle of soda and a bottle of water. typically take a small bag of grapes, baby carrots, and a banana. I'll take kids snacks also quite a bit and the occasional red bull if I don't get much sleep. I work 7-9 hours a night and I'll consume all of that and sometimes more. I'm 33 and 6' / 215. I am in decent shape, but I'm looking to start an exercise plan. I started this job last summer and ive never had a job I worked so little. I went from killing myself for the last 15 years to this, I can tell I'm starting to get out of shape.

 

Yes he did... undiagnosed heart disease. Probably a consequence of eating grease-soaked newspapers.
