You just need to say to them - So you like strong female vocals? Well, there is a hell of a lot better music from the 60s to listen to then that. - here listen to this:

Reason for edit: after rereading the post did not mean to say Jefferson airplane was crap -just an opinion of there is better music that you don't need to explain.

I like them both. As far as looks go, Grace definitely had the upper hand.

What started the whole conversation was this morning I was watching this video. As I was sipping on my fake coffee(YUCK).

Keri heard it and asked who that was. I said Starship. Then when asked I said there were several different versions of that group. This was when I played "white rabbit" and this song

Keri's music education continues! Tomorrow I might introduce Keri to this song and tell her there is an actual woman being killed in it! STORY!

Wondering if it’s possible to get a coffee from Dunkin Donuts without getting a donut? I’ve never tried. Just a thought.

It's a labor of love. I remember as a small boy listening to my father talk about his trips across the state line over into Shreveport and watching the Louisiana Hayride. Not a whole lot of material was available then, but a lot of famous people sang there. I also have been attempting to teach her about things like how the group Badfinger got screwed over by a crooked manager that sent their lead singer Pete Ham to kill himself. I am going to play this song for Keri when she gets home. I don't take anything for granted when it comes to her generation and their music education.
