There’s been a debate around here that the first happened a while ago— no debate about loss of the 2nd

The 3 s dinner plan steak shrimp and scallops @4mer trucker has it going on. I have much envy.

 

There are people around here that cook rattlesnake that looks like @4mer trucker scallops. They say it's good, but I have never tried it. Have you @tramm01 ?

 

1st annual goat feed at the cabin up by Fairfield — it was a real hit cooked in a Dutch oven after everyone got appropriately lit up

 

So would I.

 

Ran into a problem the other night while Grilling a Chop

The Gas Tank went dry so I grabbed the Backup and switched it out and then it must have had a faulty Valve and the Gas weren't flow

Brought the Chop inside after 8 minutes on the Grill, threw it in a Frying Pan for 10 more minutes and then tossed it in the Oven with some Baby Ray's for a few more minutes, it tasted close to Grilled so escaped that situation

My question to U is do U cook them in the Pan with/without some sort of moisture and what about covering them?
